Portledge Parents Association

Hello to the Portledge School community!

My name is Dana Plunkett, and I am incredibly honored and excited to introduce myself as the Parents Association President for the 2025-2026 school year.

My family and I are fortunate to be part of this warm, welcoming, and inclusive community, and we are so grateful for the friendships and connections we have made along the way. Portledge is truly a special place, and I am committed to helping it grow even stronger.

As PA President, my goal is to foster collaboration, support our amazing teachers and staff, and create meaningful opportunities for all families to get involved. At Portledge, there are many opportunities throughout the year to be involved and support our school—whether through volunteering, attending events, or sharing ideas—and I encourage each of you to find ways to participate. Every bit of involvement makes a big difference, and together, we can achieve great things. Let us continue to make our school a wonderful place for every student to learn, grow, and thrive.

Please know that I am here as a resource for you and your family, and I am always available to help or answer any questions. I look forward to meeting and working with all of you to make this a fantastic year for our children and community.

Warm Regards,

Dana Plunkett
Mom to Cassandra ’30 and Carly ’34, and step-mom to Jamie ’27

    US: Play (Matinee)

The Portledge Upper School Theatre Peeps proudly present the Tony & Olivier Award-winning play:

THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME.

Set in Swindon and London, THE CURIOUS INCIDENT OF THE DOG IN THE NIGHT-TIME centers around 15-year-old Christina Francis Boone, a mathematical genius, as she attempts to uncover the mystery surrounding the death of her neighbor’s dog, Wellington. While trying to discover who killed Wellington, she uncovers secrets that become bigger than she ever expected, leading her deep into a journey of truth, understanding, and connection. Rated PG-13 for adult themes and situations.
    1. At the performance, there will be someone outside the Theatre to check off your reservation. Please bring your confirmation email.
    2. Due to the intimate space, you need to arrive no later than 15 minutes before the curtain. Entering after the show starts will be distracting to the actors.
    3. All seating is General Admission.
    4. Please let us know if you or someone in your party is not attending, so we can release those seats for that particular performance.
    Additional info:
    • Please make sure to double-check that you have selected the date you want: it is visible at the top of the page, once you have selected the Register Now option. Please do not reserve more seats than needed for your party. There are only 85 seats available per performance.
    • Try to solidify how many people will be in your party (other family members, etc.) when you register, since adding members to your reservation may not be possible later.
    • This play is PG-13 and contains adult themes and language. Parental discretion is suggested.
